This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and your rights. It covers our website and the BTSProX mobile applications.
We collect information you provide when registering and trading (name, contact details, identity and address documents, financial information) and information generated through your use of our services (transactions, device and usage data). When you use our mobile applications we may additionally collect device identifiers, push-notification tokens, and — where you choose to submit them — photos or camera captures of identity documents for verification.
We use your data to open and operate your account, verify your identity, meet our legal and regulatory obligations (including AML), process transactions, provide support, improve our services and communicate with you.
We process your data where it is necessary to provide our services, to comply with legal obligations, to pursue our legitimate interests, or with your consent.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from the app (Account → Deactivate or close my account) or by contacting support; we will action the request subject to our legal retention obligations.
